Newest Christmas Stocking

I tried a new technique on this stocking for the embroidery and I LOVED it!  I printed out the name on water-soluble stabilizer paper using my ink-jet printer.  The brand I used was Pellon and it's called Stitch-n-Washaway.  It has an adhesive side which I pressed onto the fabric (with my hand, not an iron) and then embroidered right through it.  When I was done I cut the extra stabilizer away from the letters and then soaked the fabric in warm water to remove the rest of it. I was so pleased with the results.  I couldn't believe how professional it looked.  Not bragging though...except on the new product I found!
